I am going to Sanctuary Bay the third week in January. My friend bought a lot down there and it has almost doubled in price. There is nothing like Sanctuary Bay. Most builders are trying to squeeze every penny they can out of every lot. Sanctuary Bay has beautiful large lots. The prices are going up which is why I am going down.
I can't wait to get my lot.

Saw the article in the Citizen yesterday and it grabbed my attention right away because a couple of friends and I had thought about investing in a piece of property down there.... still cannot get our act together. Perhaps we should take a trip down.
Hi Chris - I read the article in The Citizen yesterday. My wife and I were down to Belize a couple of years ago. We are seriously planning to invest there also, maybe SB, thanks for letting us know about it. As it turns out, I am in a business that provides Reclaimed Wood products to high-end builders around the world such as flooring made from salvaged Barn Wood or Hand Hewn Timber Frame structures. Hi Chris. We just received our packet from SB. We just started seriously looking at moving out of the US. We have 4 children ranging from 8 to 12 at home and my husband would have to travel back to the US at least twice a month for a few days. We are trying to find a spot safe for families, by water, etc. We are looking forward to reading your blog. We also would welcome any insight or advice you may have on Belize, other places you ruled out, etc.

My name is Mike. I am from Calgary, Alberta. I purchased lot60 about 4 months ago and I will be flying down to see it in May sometime. i am super Excited about the property and the future plans of the site. I have asked to be on the list for a marina slip as well.
